Job Description

1 Understand and demonstrate company values and expected behaviors. Lead by example and monitor employees to ensure they demonstrate values and expected behaviors.
2 Take quick action to analyze and resolve department issues & risks and create tentative and permanent countermeasures to prevent the same issues from reoccurring.
3 Propose significant improvements within his/her function to improve the efficiency of the department.
4 Plan the development of employees within the business unit to equip them with the skills needed to carry out department objectives.
5 Utilize the talents and strengths of the employees including new hiring of the department with efficiency to achieve constant improvement internally and externally in support of upper management mission and values

Required Experience

Minimum of 3 years sales experience
Understand and demonstrate company values and expected behaviors
Create the group goal/objective & strategy with mid-term business plan with growth concept from global perspective
Effective team building and develop employees within the group
Lead to solve the critical issues both outside and internal with workable idea and measures
Decent sociality to develop and maintain both customer and internal human relationship
Effective oral, written communication and presentation skills required.
Fair IT experience and knowledge(i.e. MS Office)
Required domestic and international travel
